Techux Inc Warranty

Warranty Policy


Techux Inc makes every attempt to provide the highest quality in parts and components. Every unit is inspected prior to shipping from the factory. If something does not meet or exceed your expectations, we will make every effort to remedy it.

All products carry a one (1) year warranty. This covers any defects in material or workmanship, starting the day of delivery. Any problems with materials or workmanship during this one (1) year period should be brought to our attention immediately. Any product being considered for warranty coverage must be returned to our plant for inspection, freight prepaid only. Any product determined at be defective will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer. If this is not possible, full credit will be provided.

All returns will ship with a Return Authorization Number. This must be provided when returning any product for warranty claims. Please contact Scenery for this number prior to shipping any returns. The Return Authorization Number must be enclosed with all returns.


Non Coverage
Products that have been disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than Scenery Hydraulics will not be covered. Failure due to lack of maintenance, abuse, neglect, accident or tampering will not be covered under warranty. Scenery Hydraulics also does not cover any loss or additional expense incurred by the customer due to the product being out of operation. Damage due to improper packaging on any return shipment also will not be covered.
